1. Overview
At ImaginPrompt, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our services. Due to the computational costs required for AI image generation and analysis, we have strict guidelines regarding refunds.
2. Eligible Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- You have used fewer than 10 credits from your subscription.
- There was a technical error on our side resulting in a duplicate charge.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
We cannot issue refunds if you have significantly utilized the service (exceeding 10 generations), if your account was banned for violating our Terms of Service, or after the 7-day initial satisfaction window has closed.

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at zak@imaginprompt.com with your account email and transaction ID.
