Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing the ImaginPrompt Artificial Intelligence API and web interface, you inherently agree to be bound by these SaaS Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing the platform.

2. Service Usage & Credit System

ImaginPrompt operates as a deterministic generative orchestrator. Utilizing an AI Model deducts fixed credits from your account balance. Subscriptions auto-replenish these credits on a rolling monthly interval. Credits roll over but are natively bound to active subscriptions. Abuse, API scraping, or reverse-engineering our waterfall proxy routers will result in an immediate un-refunded ban.

3. Content Ownership and Rights

Under current corporate AI parameters, you retain full commercial rights and ownership to the images you generate using the ImaginPrompt dashboard. You may monetize, modify, and distribute the visual outputs. However, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing our generation engines to synthesize illegal, highly explicit, or politically malicious computational payloads.

4. Service Availability and Rate Limiting

While we maintain 99.9% uptime targets utilizing multi-region Cloudflare CDNs, we do not guarantee absolute uninterrupted service. We explicitly reserve the right to natively rate-limit abusive requests, and we throttle excessive programmatic API calls to prevent overarching system degradation.

5. Limitation of Liability

ImaginPrompt and its operators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our overarching generative pipelines, including loss of data or loss of profit.
