At ImaginPrompt, we collect information necessary to provide and improve our artificial intelligence image generation services. This includes account credentials (email address), transaction details (handled securely by Stripe, we never store full credit card numbers), and generation histories (prompts and output images) to facilitate your dashboard history.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly utilized to authenticate your identity, process your SaaS subscription credits, and deliver the computational capacity required to execute your generative requests. Anonymized prompt data may be utilized to improve the overarching quality of our load-balancing algorithms, but your specific outputs remain strictly bound to your Tenant ID.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We explicitly share necessary data with trusted tier-1 infrastructure providers (such as Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for edge routing, and Supabase for database persistence) solely to provide the application functionality.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Generated images are retained natively within your account history. You maintain the immediate right to delete any image from your dashboard, which triggers a hard-delete cascade across our storage buckets. We also utilize automated 30-day sweeps on un-saved generations to minimize our carbon footprint and preserve storage efficiency.
