Refund Policy

Last Updated: August 2026

1. Overview

This policy explains when a purchase on ImaginPrompt can be refunded, how to ask for one, and what happens after you do. It covers both subscription plans and one-time credit packs bought through this site. Because every generation spends GPU time the moment it runs, eligibility depends on how much of a purchase has actually been used, not on time alone.

2. When You Can Get a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
  • You have used fewer than 10 credits from your subscription.
  • There was a technical error on our side resulting in a duplicate charge.

Each purchase is assessed on its own, so a credit pack and a subscription are treated separately. A duplicate charge caused by an error on our side is refunded in full regardless of how much has been used.

3. When We Cannot Refund

A refund is not available in these cases:

  • More than 10 credits from the purchase have been used — the computing time behind them has already been spent.
  • The 7-day window since the initial purchase has closed.
  • The account was suspended for a breach of our Terms of Service.

4. Cancelling Is Not the Same as a Refund

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; on its own it does not reverse a charge that has already been taken. If you want a charge that has already been made to be reviewed, request a refund as described below.

5. How to Request a Refund

Open a ticket from your account dashboard, or email our billing team at billing@imaginprompt.com from the address on your account, and include:

  • the email address your ImaginPrompt account uses
  • the transaction or invoice ID from your payment receipt
  • the date of the purchase
  • a short description of what went wrong

We review every request individually and reply by email. Contacting us first is usually quicker than opening a dispute with your bank, and it lets us correct genuine errors directly.

6. How an Approved Refund Is Paid

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe, our payment processor, to the original payment method used for the purchase. A refund cannot be redirected to a different card or account. Once Stripe has processed it, how quickly it appears on your statement is determined by your bank or card issuer.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. If you are in the EU or the UK you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital purchases; where it applies, it applies in addition to this policy, not instead of it.
